An aging English teacher is at the end of the rope. 

The flame of passion has been quenched by her test.

Day by day she loses her ability to hope 

That a time will come when she has rest.

She proudly wears the stress upon her face

And continues to smile and seethe the pain.

Yells and screams fall upon her class like a mace

But she is oblivious that she creates her bane.

“Another day in Paradise” she conveys with a smile.
